Albania’s gross external debt down 3.1% qoq at end-December – table
TIRANA (Albania), March 25 (SeeNews) – Albania’s gross external debt stood at 8.55 billion euros ($ 10.1 billion) at the end of December, down 3.1% from at the level recorded at the end of September, the central bank announced on Thursday.
The external debt of commercial banks, general government and the central bank of Albania fell in the fourth quarter, while the external debt of the non-financial sector increased slightly, the Bank of Albania said in a quarterly report on the debt.
