Avison Young, named best agency at the SEE Real Estate Awards gala
After opening the first office in Romania almost four years ago, Avison Young has grown into one of the leading real estate consulting firms, offering a full range of services in the real estate sector.
Building on the firm’s existing foundations in Europe, Poland and Romania, Avison Young opened new offices in Hungary, Bulgaria and, most recently, the Czech Republic, under the coordination of David Canta, Senior Director of Avison Young in Romania and the Czech Republic.

The SEE Real Estate Awards Gala and Networking Forum is the only event of its kind to cover the South East European region. The event brought together the most active international and local promoters, bankers, investors, lawyers and other CRE professionals operating in the region.
This two-day event opened with the CEO Networking Forum, a series of panel discussions covering all major topics and issues relevant to today’s dynamic changing SEE real estate industry. The Forum provided an opportunity to hear from some of the region’s most notable thought leaders, as well as opportunities to discuss and explore the most important developments in the real estate industry.
The SEE Real Estate Awards & CEO Networking Forum is the premier awards ceremony and virtual experience celebrating the SEE Real Estate industry. The event was broadcast over two days using the latest online technology and digital know-how, culminating in a virtual awards show that was broadcast live on April 8.
Countries Covered: In recognition of the growing interest and importance of commercial real estate and related industries in South East Europe, both from a development and investment perspective, the event covered the Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovenia, Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia, Republic of Moldova and Albania.
