Keller Williams Worldwide Assigns New Primary License to Suriname Amid Rapid Global Growth
AUSTIN, TX – (BUSINESS WIRE) – Keller Williams (KW), the world’s largest agent-based real estate technology franchise, continues to grow rapidly across the globe. As of September 30, KW had more than doubled its sales volume outside the United States and Canada to $ 8.6 billion, up 112.9% from the same period of 2020.

Keller Williams Worldwide (KWW) has more than 14,089 agents (excluding US and Canada), up 23.1% compared to the same period 2020.
Agents have closed 44,702 transactions since the start of 2021, up 69.3% from the same period in 2020.
Agents closed sales volume of $ 8.6 billion in 2021, up 112.9% from the same period in 2020.
The momentum continues with the award by KW of a new master’s degree in Suriname. Led by Regional Operations Manager Chantyn Raghoebarsingh-Ramdas, KW Suriname is currently initializing operations.
Since 2011, Raghoebarsingh-Ramdas has held various management positions as a commercial and multi-unit real estate developer. In November 2021, KW Suriname is expected to open its first market center.
