AUSTIN, Texas – (BUSINESS WIRE) – Keller Williams Worldwide (KWW), the international division of kwx, the holding company of Keller Williams (KW), the world’s largest agent-based real estate technology franchise, is expanding into Europe and Asia.
As momentum continues, KWW is experiencing strong year-over-year growth and has awarded new major licenses in Albania and Mongolia. As of March 31, KWW had 265 market centers, operating outside the United States and Canada, with 12,912 agents, up 6.9% since December 31, 2020.

As of March 31, the number of agents outside the United States and Canada stood at 12,912, up 23.1% from the first quarter of 2020.
Agents closed 13,088 transactions in Q1 ’21, up 58.7% from Q1 ’20.
The agents achieved a sales volume of $ 2.5 billion, up 100.0% from the first quarter of 2020.
Agents took 27,407 new listings (new market inventory), up 21.8% from Q1 2020.
Agents signed 16,209 contracts (planned closings), up 51.0% from Q1 2020.
The volume of written contracts amounted to $ 2.4 billion, up 100.9% from the first quarter of 2020.
The owners of Keller Williams distributed $ 1,051,499 in growth share, up 85.9% from the first quarter of 2020.

Led by Genti Skenderaj, Regional Director of Operations, the Keller Williams franchise in Albania is in the process of initializing its operations. In the third quarter of 21, KW Albania is expected to open its first market center.
